Become a key player in the Limassol Greens experience! We are seeking a dynamic Golf Support Crew Member to join our dedicated golf team. This vital position is at the heart of our guest service, ensuring seamless golf course operations across key areas: bag drop, concierge services, starter duties, course marshalling, and practice facilities preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure golf bags are safely and efficiently transported to the designated staging area or onto golf carts.
- Provide information about course conditions, tee times, club amenities, and local rules.
- Facilitate the provision of rental clubs or other equipment.
- Ensure golfers understand starting procedures, course etiquette and are aware of any additional information necessary to improve the overall golfing experience.
- Monitor the pace of play on the golf course, ensuring players are keeping on schedule.
- Provide assistance to golfers on the course as needed (e.g., directions, basic information).
- Stage golf buggies in designated areas, ensuring they are ready for use.
- Ensure buggies are properly cleaned and equipped with necessary items (e.g., scorecards, pencils, sand bottles, water).
- Ensure the practice facilities areas are always in pristine condition and set-up according to the daily schedule.
- Assist with the ball collection and set-up of all golf driving range areas
- Monitor and help guests to utilise the trackman range technology.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Knowledge of basic golf etiquette and rules is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf setting, is advantageous.
- Basic Radio Communication/ Basic Computer Literacy/Golf Buggy Operation/ Knowledge of Golf-Related Technology (advantageous).
- Client focussed, willing to assit the team in all areas of the business. Conciencious with the ability to make decisions on behalf of the company. Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to assisting guests. Reliability and punctuality.
