About the Role
We are seeking a Project Architect to join our team and take the lead in coordinating design processes, ensuring compliance, and managing project documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong architectural expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Design Coordinator to support and oversee the design coordination process, ensuring alignment with project requirements, regulations, and specifications.
- Facilitate design review and value engineering to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the evaluation and coordination of design changes based on buyer requests, working closely with the Customers’ Coordinator.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on revised drawings and specifications before distribution.
- Manage revision control, ensuring all updated drawings, specifications, and documents are approved and shared with the Construction Team.
- Maintain clear documentation and tracking of all design modifications, ensuring proper approvals and seamless communication.
- Organize and maintain all design and technical documentation in an efficient and structured manner.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: BSc in Architecture
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in architectural design and coordination
- Technical Skills: Strong design expertise with proficiency in architectural design software
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Certifications: Membership with the Cyprus Scientific & Mechanical Chamber (ETEK)
