Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Tenants/Owners Relations:
- Manage tenant/owner communications and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
- Coordinate tenants move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor and approve expenditures, ensuring they are within budget.
- Vendor and Contractor Management:
- Select and manage external vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, including maintenance logs, financial reports, and tenant communications.
- Prepare regular reports on property performance for senior management.
