Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients and real estate associates.
- Prepare and review essential documents such as reservation agreements, contracts of sale, and association agreements.
- Lead the closing process for property deals, ensuring timely signatures and payments.
- Regularly update the CRM with client proposals, property viewings, and follow-up activities.
- Present, promote, and sell the developer's properties to clients in Cyprus and internationally.
- Proactively grow your professional network to generate new business.
Requirements, Skills, and Attributes:
- Professional qualifications in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field (mandatory or a plus).
- Minimum of three years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
