Head of Sales and Business Development — Real Estate

Job Description:

Role Summary

The Head of Sales leads all property sales activities for a premium residential development. The role focuses on driving revenue, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with local and international real estate agents and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and implement the overall sales strategy.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage pricing, launches, and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends.

Agents Relationships

  • Build and manage strong relationships with local and international real estate agents and networks.
  • Expand the external agent channel to drive qualified leads.
  • Support agents with product training, materials, and sales tools.
  • Represent Limassol Greens at agent events, exhibitions, and roadshows.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate the internal sales team.
  • Set targets, track performance, and manage incentives.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Client & Partner Management

  • Manage key buyers, investors, and high-value clients.
  • Build strategic partnerships that support sales growth.

Reporting & Operations

  • Oversee CRM, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.
  • Prepare regular performance update reports for Board of Directors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in real estate sales leadership (luxury or large-scale developments preferred).
  • Proven track record achieving high sales targets.
  • Strong network of real estate agents.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with international buyers is an advantage.
  • Fluent English required, additional languages beneficial.
