Job Description:

This role holds full, end-to-end ownership of multiple assigned projects concurrently, from design through construction and final account.

Pre-Construction Period

  • Engage with the design team from early design stages to support constructability review, cost awareness, and change-management-friendly BoQ/drawing structuring.
  • Lead early identification and development of Value Engineering opportunities during design development, balancing cost, quality and long-term performance ahead of tender issuance.
  • Review the Technical Design Documents and Bill of Quantities prior to tendering, coordinating with the design team as needed to ensure a complete design package and construction detailing.
  • Lead the Main Contractor tendering process, including engagement of all contractual stakeholders, ensuring commercial and contractual rigour throughout Tendering and Commercial Evaluation.

Construction Period

  • Monitoring the Contract Manager to ensure the contractual processes run smoothly and report identified issues.
  • Participate in Site Progress and Technical meetings as the Employer's representative.
  • Maintain oversight of site Quality Control through periodic site visits, including oversight of third-party QC consultants where appointed.
  • In coordination with the H&S Officer, ensure implementation of Health & Safety procedures, policies and legislation on site.
  • Identify and report Employer's important Milestones.
  • Monitor the Contractor's Programme of works and identify risks, delays and report accordingly.
  • Take ownership of project cost control, budget management and procurement-related decisions, in accordance with the Company’s established policies and procedures, including review of the Contractor’s payment certificates and preparation, monitoring and periodic updating of the Employer’s project cash flow, forecasts and anticipated expenditure against the approved project budget.
  • Define procurement requirements and lead the tendering and nomination process for suppliers and subcontractors during construction, in coordination with all involved internal departments and external parties, ensuring commercial and contractual rigour.
  • Identify, evaluate and report Value Engineering opportunities and Variation instructions raised during construction, assessing impact on cost, quality, time and long-term performance.
  • Support the relevant internal department in assessing and coordinating purchaser-requested changes, ensuring technical and construction impact is properly evaluated.
  • Coordinate with the design team to monitor permitting conditions and report accordingly.
  • Maintain project record keeping and reporting (Progress, Cost, Correspondence, Engineer's Instructions, Site Diaries, MoM) using the Company's project management software, in coordination with internal and external parties.

Post-Construction Period

  • Lead the delivery of the project to the Employer and end users.
  • Gather and organise project's operation information and monitor commissioning and handover inspections and trainings.
  • Coordinate final account agreement.
  • Set up and manage 'Lessons Learned' workshops.

Qualifications and Years of Experience:

  • BSc in Civil Engineering
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Member of Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK)
  • Knowledge of FIDIC Contract Conditions will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)

Software Knowledge

  • MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project and/or Primavera
  • Procore (Company's project management software) knowledge will be considered an advantage; training will be provided


This role reports to the Chief Project Officer and requires close internal coordination with all relevant departments — including Design, Procurement, and others — throughout the Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction periods, ensuring alignment between contractual, technical, and delivery requirements.
