Russian Speaking Sales Executive - Real Estate

Role Summary

The Real Estate Sales Executive will work closely with clients, real estate agents, and partners to generate leads, present and promote our properties, and close sales with both local and international buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate agents.
  • Present and promote Limassol Greens properties to prospective buyers.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and agents and follow up professionally.
  • Prepare and review sales documents such as reservation agreements and contracts.
  • Lead the closing process to finalise property sales and ensure payments.
  • Update CRM with client activity, viewings, and follow‑ups.
  • Grow your network and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 3 years of real estate sales experience or similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and agents.
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Good computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
